Experience: Minimum 1 year

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Google Docs, QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat, LinkedIn, social media, and accounting software Experience with electronic scheduling, data entry, customer service, research, and travel arrangements

Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings
  • Manage mail distribution, appointment scheduling, and electronic inquiries
  • Compile data and oversee report preparation
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Greet and direct visitors, manage filing systems, and perform basic bookkeeping
  • Provide ongoing client support and supervise office staff
